This package includes: Five 1 hour personal training sessions with Joey Rubino in Los Angeles at The Fitness Factory.
Personal Trainer Gift Certificates can be mailed to you, or directly to your loved ones.
Terms: Subject to availability, must be redeemed within 1 year of sale.
SKYPE TRAINING SESSION WITH JOEY
One-2-One training session with Joey himself.
Each session lasts 1 hour.
All you need is a mat, a towel and a bottle of water.
Dumbbells and any other fitness equipment you may have is optional.
Once purchase has been made – Joey will email you to find out about your fitness needs and to understand any limitations or injuries, if any, you may have.
After this initial email an appointment will be scheduled for you to meet joey online for a skype workout.
